If there is an extenuating circumstance and we allow an item to be exchanged for reasons other than listed above customer is responsible for returned shipping costs and for the cost of shipping a new item. Measure your child's foot flat on the ground. Use the size charts in comments as a reference for choosing your desired size. Some like to purchase based off of adding 1/4" to 1/2" to the child's foot measurements.

▪️Everyone will wear shoes differently, some children are tougher on shoes than others, shoes are used for walking and playing on the ground, grass, cement, rocks, play equipment etc. shoes of all kinds even leather will and can scuff - this is normal wear and tear for shoes.
▪️Exchanges will only be given for manufacturer defects taken straight from the box and NOT WORN. We cannot resell shoes that have been tried on or used in any way shape or form. We will not accept any returns/exchanges for shoes that have been worn or tried on.
Shoe orders of 3 or more pairs may not ship in individual shoe boxes. They will be packaged individually in the same packing box or poly mailer.

Shipping and Handling rates are calculated based on weight. Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of your order and your delivery location.
All items placed in the same order are shipped together.
You now have the option to choose PRIORITY SHIPPING (Includes up to $100 Insurance).
If you choose First Class Shipping with tracking these packages are NOT covered when they are lost by USPS.
Arya Grace LLC is not responsible for lost/damaged packages. We will always do everything we can to make our customers happy.
However, if you want to ensure that your packages are covered by loss/damage - You need to choose PRIORITY SHIPPING at checkout. If a Priority Package is lost, a claim will need to be filed with USPS. We will no longer be able to cover the cost of the items.
PLEASE NOTE: If you want your package covered by USPS - Choose PRIORITY SHIPPING at checkout. Please keep in mind that first class shipping is NOT protected against loss or damage.
We are NOT responsible for lost packages. Once you have received tracking from us via email and your package leaves our possession we are no longer responsible for any packages. If there is a concern or issue with your package please contact USPS Customer Care Center.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs for combined orders. Orders may be combined for orders shipping to the same address.
You will receive shipping notification and tracking through email once your item(s) has shipped. Once your item has shipped and leaves our possession, we are not responsible for the package. If there is a concern with tracking please contact the USPS. (see above information)
Ready to ship order processing time is 3-5 business days. Special releases or high volume sale orders can take up to 5-7 business days to ship. Please do not include weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays when calculating shipping times.
Made to order items processing time is approximately 15-20 Business Days. This is an estimated processing time as times may vary depending on amount of pending orders. - Blanks are ordered in bulk weekly or biweekly depending on the amount of pending orders.
- When bulk orders arrive we organize the blanks with each order.
- Shipping Labels are printed for each order - labels are printed in bulk.
- For Sublimation:Transfers are printed then cut/trimmed for each order - this can take LOTS of time with a high volume of orders.
- For Direct to Garment: T-Shirts are prepped for DTG printing then each T-shirt is printed separately - this can take LOTS of time with a high of orders. Each item that uses our DTG print process has a curing time and pressing time right after it leaves the printer.
- Orders are then moved to our pressing area. Pressing of all orders can take up to 7-10 business days depending on the amount of orders and other business duties needed to be taken care of. Please keep this into consideration when waiting for your tracking to update. Tracking for graphic tee orders may take 7-12 business days to update depending on the pressing time needed for bulk orders.
**Please note that, due to variations amongst computer monitors, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
Application Instructions: Typed out instruction sheet is also sent with your order.
Heat Press is required for proper application. Household iron will NOT work.
1. Pre-heat your heat press to 390°-400°F
2. Adjust your heat press pressure to medium (4 or 5 on a digital press).
3. Place a sheet of protective paper in between the front & back of the substrate if applicable. This will prevent any ink from transferring onto the back of t-shirts during the Sublimation Process.
4. Place the Sublimation Transfer face down on your substrate. Cover with a protective sheet.
5. Press for 60 seconds with medium pressure.
6. Remove the transfer and discard. Sublimation Transfers are only intended for one time use.
7. If you see any press lines after application, gently pull on the fabric fibers to help release the lines or give your garment a gentle shake immediately after applying the transfer.
White 100% Polyester clothing is recommended for the brightest designs. Graphics/Designs pressed on clothing with 65% Polyester may fade after washing and give the design more of a vintage look. Graphics/Designs pressed on clothing with 50% Polyester or less will have a faded/vintage look and may fade after washing. All Marble colors will have a vintage look - darker marble colors will have more of a vintage look. Arya Grace LLC is not responsible for the outcome of your finished product. Our Sublimation Transfers are printed on high quality Sublimation Paper using high quality HD Inks.
Actual design size on each transfer will depend on design shape - measurements are approximate.
